4 Lesson Plan (30 Minute Lessons)=$100
4 Lesson Plan (60 Minute Lessons)=$200
1 Single 30 Minute Lesson: $30.00
1 Single 60 Minute Lesson: $60.00
Notes:
Payment for the 4 Lessons Plan is due no later
than 48 hours before the first lesson.
All lessons under this plan must be used within
an 8 week period. If not used by that
time, you forfeit your lesson fee. 4 Lesson
Plan reserves same slot for each week.
Lesson can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice,
but must be used within 7 days of the original
scheduled lesson time or you forfeit your fee
(does not affect other lessons, however).
For Single Lessons, payment is also due 48
hours before the first lesson. Lessons
